"I really feel like I'm outside Sydney it feels like a sanctuary retreat with such close distance from city centre. The staff are so friendly and kind to us. Accomodating to my husband's need whose mobility is such a challenge. Fresh air, zoo tours are such wonderful experience! We could also admire the Koala just right outside the windows from our hotel room."

"We stayed for 5 nights and housekeeping should come and change garbage and sheets every 3rd night. No one came after the 3rd night even after I called reception. This is during holy week weekend, there’s no excuse of being a holiday for no one to work since this is a hospitality business. "
