"We really appreciated the restoration work here - they’ve kept the heritage feel of the hotel intact without making it feel dated. Despite being above a pub and right on a main road, the rooms were surprisingly quiet. Great location for exploring North Sydney. The common room and kitchen was a lovely surprise. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus that made mornings easy."

"Breakfast was excellent, parking was ample. The room while been as described, clean and had all amenities, it was showing it’s age and there was no way to figure out what tv channels showed what. "

"This was my second stay at Citadines. I arrived at 12pm and was able to check in to my room which was fantastic. I made use of the hotel gym each day as it is well equipped and one of the reasons I choose this hotel. The restaurant is adequate and the breakfast staff were very helpful meeting my specific requests. The beds are very comfortable and rooms quiet. The location is great only a short walk away to the metro and train station. Also well located for the iconic bridge walk. Will definitely be back."

"The electricity to the in room kitchen wasn’t working. I couldn’t use any appliance in the room. The things I put in the fridge had to be thrown out. The manager and night duty manager didn’t return my call and the emergency number wasn’t monitored. Now they aren’t talking to me about a refund. I won't be staying at Quest Chatswood again "
