We did have a little trouble with the lock and had to use the available key. Location and parking was very convenient. Check in and out process very smooth. I would recommend this place (in spite of the dilapidated property next door) unless you have trouble with stairs. "

We were checking in at night, which makes it harder, but it appeared to be a commercial area, not a residential area, which was confusing. And the signage on the ground floor read "Chase Bank", so we thought we were in the wrong place. It would have also been helpful to know the name of the property, so once we located an entrance, we would have known for sure we were at...
