"What a lovely home! It was close to everything we wanted to do - Beaufort, aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores - but far enough away that we didn’t feel hurried or crowded. The views were beautiful, even when storms rolled in. The house was perfect for the three of us, plenty of space to spread out or be together. Check in and check out were a breeze. Next time we come to the coast, we would absolutely stay here again!"

"Well named one level home in Beaufort close to restaurants and shopping. We are morning people so getting up every morning to an unfettered view of the sunrise was priceless. Very nice large home on a large lot which gave our dogs room to walk (on leash since there is no fence). But beware that there is now a McMansion next door which does not apprear on any map. The beginning of the week was rough because the neighbors (not sure if owners or renters) were bad neighbors and played loud country music on speaker and also talked on the their phones, on speaker, while sitting around the pool. Fortunately we had somewhere to go during the day to get away from that. Seems they left for the remainder of the week. Had problems with the air con but owner was very responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed the screened in porch and the deck in the back and were very entertained by the other neighbors who were out on their dock and had a shore bird following. The cleaners should do a deep clean since previous renters seemed to have been eating in the den. Comfortable beds, very clean bathrooms and the kitchen had a variety of cookware and cutlery to allow for cooking most anything. My husband fell in love with the recliners so now i'm on the hunt to find one that is similar. We enjoyed a much needed rest and are very thankful to have been able to have our dogs with us."

"The property is extremely impressive. It has so many amenities it feels like a resort. The house was also clean and nicely furnished. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the design and finishes. Only 10 minutes from Beaufort downtown as well. Would definitely stay here again!"

"My husband and I had a wonderful stay at the Blue Dolphin while we were in town for our son's baseball tournament. It was the perfect place to come back to after long days at the ballfield. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, the pool was a great place to relax, and the location was ideal, close to restaurants, shopping, and plenty of things to explore. It gave us the opportunity to enjoy the area without spending every minute in the heat at the baseball fields.The hosts were incredibly kind, welcoming, and responsive, making the entire experience stress-free from beginning to end. The home was exactly what we were looking for, and we truly felt at home during our stay.We would absolutely recommend the Blue Dolphin to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing place to stay and are already looking forward to coming back again soon!"
