No arrival information provided.The outside doesn't give any indication the inside is a very charming home with lots of space -- the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.We arrived to a overgrown lawn, but given it rained so much the previous two weeks, finding a dry day to mow was impossible. There was some debris on the exterior (building materials, old newspapers) and the landscaping needed attention.The backyard was overgrown and the patio unswept....

"First appearance is the duplex is adequate. Place is smaller than expected, showers and toilets had issues. HVAC unit was dirty at the vent in the hall way. Just not what I expected."
