"Very difficult to contact and speak to someone in English prior to arrival… so we were a bit concerned.
However it might be one of the BEST boutique hotels we have ever stayed at and we travel the world. I must mention ALICE at the front desk who booked for us two incredible trips with a very knowledgeable and perfect English speaking Charles & Ed the driver… couldn’t have been in better hands. Incredible nature and the Hotel Juma Opera the MOST BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY WITH A TRULY FABULOUS STAFF"
