"I made a same-day booking so I’m not sure if that is why we didn’t receive instructions to access the property until over an hour after check-in. That was a little bit disappointing because I was trying to figure out when to leave to get there.
Aside from that, the communication was pretty easy. I appreciate that they gave reminders of checkout and also they checked in with us.
