The cabin is as advertised. Very cute, clean and charming. The surroundings were diff. From expected. It’s more in a neighborhood with tall trees. Somewhat secluded but area need cleaned up. Otherwise I would recommend it.

A quite place to stay.
Water was wimpy at best, surrounding outdoor space was messy. Otherwise, comfortable, cute, quaint, quiet place to stay. Appreciate communication & concern of comfort & all.

Lovely and cozy
My husband and I stayed two nights in this cabin. We enjoyed it very much. Cabin was very clean and well appointed. The owner even delivered a case of bottled water for our use. We would definitely recommend this cabin to friends.

Beautiful place to stay.
I rented this cabin to hopefully purchase a home in the area. The address is centrally located to almost anywhere you’d want to go in North Pole or Fairbanks. I looked forward coming back after a day of house hunting or hiking. The couch is very comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked if you want to eat in. I would 100 percent recommend this location and when I visit Fairbanks again this will be my absolute first choice to say at.

Clean, efficient check in, quiet neighborhood
Kitchen well stocked with basics for cooking a meal. Communication with mgmt was excellent. We were able to pay for our full stay ahead of time. Any issues resolved and will be fixed for next guests (water lines were switched hot/cold on sinks). The water is controlled. It took about 5 minutes for the water to warm up. And lasts about 5 - 10 minutes at a time depending on usage. Time before it kicks back on starts at 30 second and then took between 3-4 minutes after continued use. Made for an interesting shower. Kept the window by the bed open as the heat source is heating oil. This kept any odors away. I was worried I would wake up with a headache as I am very sensitive to smells. Sleep was very restful and no headaches! Another plus is we were able to stay just one night. Enjoy your stay!
