Eielson Air Force Base is located about 20 minutes from your stay, making it a convenient spot for military personnel or families visiting loved ones stationed there or at Fort Wainwright!
Fort Wainwright is also nearby, just a short drive away. Chena Hot Springs is located about 45 minutes from the home, offering guests a unique opportunity to relax and unwind in the natural hot springs. Welcome to your private 2 bedroom retreat in North Pole, AK, nestled in a serene birch forest! As you enter the home, you'll immediately feel at home in the warm and inviting atmosphere. The spacious living room features comfortable seating and a couch that converts into a bed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and all necessary cookware and utensils. A small dining table is also available for enjoying your meals or playing North Poleopoly!! Both bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds and fresh linens, ensuring a good night's sleep. The master bedroom features a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has two twin-size beds. Both rooms are decorated with a rustic charm and offer plenty of closet space. The bathroom is clean and modern, featuring a shower/tub, toilet, and sink, as well as fresh towels and toiletries. The apartment also features some steel work from a local Blacksmith artist "INak".
