"Holes in the sheetrock, unpainted section of the wall, just generally like an old gas station bathroom. Someone parked right outside of our room, stayed in their vehicle with the windows down, blasting crap music with a loud subwoofer for a couple of hours late at night. I got out of bed and called the front desk and explained what was happening. She told me she couldn't understand and told me to come to the front desk. Although I had paid for a second night, I left the next morning and stayed at a different place."

"The hotel is clean and comfortable. It has balconies and outdoor seating areas, a little garden. The beds are comfortable, it's all good to great. Except we could not get a cup of coffee. The Kuerig in our room didn't work. The coffee that was in a carafe for breakfast downstairs was cold. When I asked for hot coffee they came up with a new carafe of hot brown liquid that was a long ways from coffee. Thank goodness Denny's is a building over."

"The pictures in the actual room doesn't match. The vicility is really ran down. I'm pretty much new paint, put over and patched up the beds super hard, the towels felt really hard and crunchy. And the elevator takes 10 business days to use the window was partially open. The entire time and could not close."

"The room was clean and friendly, we were only there for 15 hours. All was fine… except the breakfast buffet is challenging.. we went twice, left the first time as it was too crowded, came back it was still crowded… kids running all around… people butting in line… chaos… but that is NOT the fault of the hotel, it’s the fault of parents not parenting and people being rude. To be fair, it was a holiday weekend …. The staff was great"
