"Rooms were clean, air conditioning worked great, staff was very nice anytime I spoke with them. Check out process was very simple. My only complaints and these are personal preference is the beds could have been a bit bigger. The bedrooms have the space to accommodate slightly larger beds and they could have been a little softer for my liking but that is honestly the only bad thing I could say. Location was great for what we had planned everything was 25 minutes away. "

"The condo smelled a bit musty, like mold and strong cleaning chemicals. There were more stairs than I anticipated, 3 flights. The shared outdoor patio was completely monopolized by the neighbors’ smoking lounge (they were not friendly) and there were no chairs for this unit. I did not get check in instructions until almost 9 pm. The unit was dated with soft spots in the floor, doors that didn’t close right, knob missing from the pantry door, the bath tub fixture not attached to wall, rust in the dishwasher, rust on the dryer lint trap, broken window, to name a few. The good things: location was very close to the beach and walking distance to 2 bars. The decor was very attractive. Everything worked; the kitchen appliances, the A/C (no cooler than 72*per the house rules), the hot water, and the laundry machines. We did not see any bugs at all! The master bed was comfortable. The pool was decent. There was no hot tub (which I saw listed in amenities). Overall it was just ok, we would have been happier if not for the off putting smell. "

"Parking is free on site, and very safe. A variety of restaurants are nearby and access is easy to get to the beach. There is a basic breakfast with a waffle machine, scrambled eggs, bread, and cereals. There is a swimming pool. Our room was on the 2nd floor, and outside on the walkway, we could see the bay. "

"Great location. The pool, dock, and washer/dryer were great amenities. The place was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed our stsy."

"Our stay at the beach condo was awesome. The space felt like home, very comfortable. Our quick walk to the beach took about 5 minutes. Awesome communication and very helpful, sweet owners. The pool is very well kept up, nice pool furniture, and the bathroom in the pool house is kept clean. We used the community charcoal grill diring our stay as well. We have never been to Padre Island before, but definately will be back!"
