The Sandstone’s 1,200 sq. ft. layout offers an airy open floor plan, ideal for family gatherings and oceanfront entertaining. The living area features custom furnishings, coastal artwork, and large windows that invite natural light. A gourmet kitchen with granite counters and stainless appliances connects to a dining area perfect for long conversations after sunset. Each bedroom offers plush linens and spa-inspired bathrooms for ultimate comfort.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy a private entrance with smart lock access, one reserved parking pass, and overflow parking on-site. Shared amenities include a private pool, sun deck, and direct beach access steps away. Inside, you’ll find an in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed WiFi, and streaming-enabled smart TVs for convenience and comfort.

Nestled along Ocean Blvd in North Myrtle Beach, The Sandstone sits minutes from Cherry Grove Pier, coastal dining, boutique shopping, and scenic walking paths. The neighborhood blends peaceful beachfront living with proximity to the best of North Myrtle Beach’s local culture and charm.

Everything you need is within a short walk or bike ride—beach cafés, grocery stores, and shops. For exploring beyond Cherry Grove, guests have easy access to major routes, rideshare options, and nearby attractions such as Barefoot Landing and the Myrtle Beach Boardwalk.

The Sandstone is one of six boutique villas within Sea House Villas, each uniquely designed with a shared standard of coastal refinement. Guests receive a personalized access code prior to arrival. Pool and beach access follow seasonal schedules. To preserve the tranquil atmosphere, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM–8 AM.
