    Unlike other rentals, this home away from home offers an unbeatable location mere steps away from the sandy shores of North Myrtle Beach. This laid-back city is the ideal place to relax, swim, fish in the ocean, work on your tan, beachcomb, and so much more. Five miles away is the Cherry Grove Fishing Pier, the perfect spot to cast some fishing lines with your family or kids. Exciting adventures await at Shark Wake Park, the biggest aqua park in North Myrtle Beach and you can find it only six miles away. North Myrtle Beach is also an ideal escape for golfing–make sure to pack your clubs and visit one of the nearby clubs such as Azalea Sands Golf Club (one mile), Beachwood Golf Club, (one and a half miles), or Barefoot Resort & Golf (five miles).

    Free Attraction Ticket Program - All Oceana Resorts guests are provided with a package of tickets from local partners. The program provides one free ticket from up to 3 partners per reservation.     Children’s Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each summer from mid-June through mid-August. Activities include shark tooth hunts, crafts, pool games, and more!



    Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more!



    DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay.



    Bay Watch has 18 bodies of water including indoor and outdoor lazy rivers. Sandtrap Sports Bar is a guest favorite, open daily. Quiet Getaway

We greatly enjoyed staying in the 9th floor overlooking the ocean. House staff were extremely helpful and kind. Facility was clean and comfortable. Beach is breathtaking!

Nice Place for a Getaway

Being ocean front was terrific! The size was good for a couple and adult child. The pull down wall bed was really comfortable too. Bathroom and kitchen areas are small but worked for us. The facilities (pools, hot tubs, etc…) were well taken care of. We would return.

Terrific

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was very clean when we arrived. Check in was easy and quick and the people at the counter were very friendly. The view from the balcony was amazing and the location was perfect. Had to change our dates and the host was very helpful and got back to us in a timely manor. We will be back in the future.

North Myrtle beach

Condo was clean with exception of couch which needed a deep clean and we appreciated that overall. Resort offers more than we expected but also had some annoyances. Got charged additional 15% by on-site restaurant for my pizza to be to go, paid 3.00 to have my pizza put in a pizza box? Just greedy wouldn’t allow a later check out of 11 instead of 10 no luggage racks available when we wanted to leave. All were left on various floors by guests checking in the night before. Rude on their part but resort needs to round these up overnite

HANDI-UNCAPABLE

The parking is horrible. If you are lucky enough to get a handicap parking spot, don't leave it as you will have to walk about a 1/2 mile from the property if you are in Tower 1. There should be more handicap accessible parking based on the time of year. I understand that they need to have unloading/loading area but at this time of year they do not need to have 3/4 of the lot for that and can add additional handicap parking in Tower 1. We would look for other properties that have parking close. We will pick a property with parking guaranteed outside the house. Our friends had a property and their walk to the beach was closer than our parking.

Wonderful Stay!

Absolutely loved the little condo, perfectly outfitted for a vacation stay. The view is stunning and overall very comfortable. There were 3 adults and plenty of room- Murphy bed VERY comfortable.
