"Older property, a little grubby on the outside. Room was pretty comfortable, very quiet, amazing beach view. A/C unit kept room comfy. Shower had mold in it, and room had a moldy smell. There was a decent size mini fridge and microwave. Good counter space in bathroom and kitchenette. We didn’t go to the restaurant,so can’t comment on that. Hotel is in a very convenient location for Brookgreen Gardens and many restaurants and cute shops."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the seabatical suite. The host was very kind and communicated effectively throughout the entire process. The suite was clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. The first floor location of the suite was very easy for check-in purposes and moving around throughout our stay. The pool and lazy river were really fun and very relaxing, especially on the evening night. We most certainly will keep this seabatical suite in mind as we plan our next getaway to the Pawleys Island Litchfield community."

"The property was perfect for our family of four! Everyone was able to have their own room - my husband and I stayed in the spacious master bedroom (bonus points, it has a walk in closet)! and our two teens had their own bedroom. I was nervous with them having to share a smaller bathroom, but it was just fine. There were plenty of board games at the house, which added to the fun. Therese was very communicative and shared a lot of detailed information before our stay and at arrival, which was helpful. The home id beautiful, looks new, is clean, and well cared for. There is only one entrance at the top of the flight of stairs (see exterior photo) so keep that in mind when you pack heavy suitcases! :) Not a big deal, but thought I'd mention in case anyone has issues with stairs. The property is located close to a main road but its tucked away behind a lot of trees, which helps mute the road noise (not an issue; could just hear a little from time to time). We had a great time and would definitely recommend the stay!"

"Sharon was a wonderful host. Great communication and quick to respond to any questions. The location of the condo was perfect. Steps away from the beach access & it was a bonus having the storage closet with everything one would need for the beach so easily accessible. We also enjoyed many a sunrise from the balcony. Would definitely stay again!"

"Very clean, excellent host checked in with us every step of the way. Everything you need for a great visit. Lots of ice, cooler, towels, utensils, surprise food, comfy beds, fishing pole, charging stands, and more. Pool and lazy river so much fun. Definitely coming back."

"Cozy little condo on a beautiful resort! Had the best views from the balcony! All the resort staff were very friendly also. The only issue we ran into was no coffee for the Keurig and none available from the resort at the posted times, but there is a Starbucks and several other places nearby.Rachel was very helpful when I reached out to reschedule due to an emergency. However, VRBO messaging went to TideLife and I spent days trying to get in contact with Rachel through them before finally getting her direct contact info via VRBO support."
