"Great property in quiet neighborhood. Close to beach and to bike paths. Rode bikes to murrells inlet for lunch and a bit further - down to Pawleys. Lots of toys to play with and we used them all on a rainy day. Floor plan is a bit choppy- not quite what I expected- and two en-suite baths upstairs are tight spaces. Loved all the kitchen gear and ice maker. Overall had a wonderful time. Thanks for sharing!"

"600 Steps was a great place to stay! The house had a wonderful layout with plenty of room for our family (15 in all). The kitchen was well stocked with cups, plates, utensils, glasses, a blender, crockpots, pots, pans, and a coffee maker. There were smart TV’s in every room. (With the exception of the tv in the upstairs with the sofa bed; it was not a smart tv) The house had a grill on the outside deck. We were able to put our dogs in the fenced in area for short periods of time without having...

"We had not stayed at Litchfield before but the beach here is fantastic and the Pawleys Island area has a warm welcoming feel. The condo was great. It was very clean, cozy and well maintained. It had extra touches like beach chairs and towels, coffee, extra supplies. The owner has been very responsive throughout the rental. We used the shuttle access to the beach one day but also drove our car to the beach club. The condo has a fantastic pool right outside. We would absolutely rent this condo...

"Great house for 12 people! Plenty of seating in the living and dining rooms. Kitchen was well equipped. Comfortable beds. Multiple decks for sun and shade. Pool was awesome. Would recommend paying the extra fee for heating in shoulder seasons. Wish there were more loungers in the pool area though. Just a 2 minute walk to the beach out the back gate. Friendly, walkable neighborhood close to restaurants and shopping. "
