"Staff : I had bad experience when one of the staff took my phone and gave five star rating himself pretending to teach me as if I am not aware. He said he needs to scan and took my phone. It was breach of serious misconduct

"Arrived early at the hotel. Staff would not check us in and wanted us to pay for extra night despite us arriving at 5 am. Paid for the extra night. Small rooms, breakfast is just okay, not upto 5* standards. Stayed at other 5* hotels , lots of choices.
Would I return to this hotel? Most likely not! Turned us off at checkin, then got turned off seeing the room size and bathroom. "
"Our initial flights to india got canceled because of ongoing issues in the middle east. This was completely out of our control and we have booked 5 different hotels. Everyone was able to understand our situation and gave us a free refund except for this hotel. We actually booked 2 separate nights with them and they refused to answer back to us or at the very least, give us 50% off. I understand their no refund policy but when situations like these occur, that are completely out of our control, there should be exceptions. At least answer us back with a response, yet we couldn’t even get that.

"My girlfriends and I were first given rooms on 5th floor! When we stepped out of the elevator experiences a musty smell which comes from water damage ! Same with the room too ! Ridiculous! We were moved to different floor !
The building from outside also looks like a dump !
After experiencing Shangri-La in Bangalore, and in Singapore, this property was a let down !"
