"The property is clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet was tasty and had a wide variety. I really enjoyed Mr Chai in the lobby. Two areas that were a let down: the service at the Club Lounge and the damp feeling in the room. First, the service of the club lounge felt awkward. Some people were helpful but others had bad energy. I even heard one server ask the guy at the table in front of me if he needed anything in particular because she was busy and had other things to do. His reply: he just wanted to say hello. Awkward. Second, the room had a damp feeling and smell. The bedding and towels all felt not fully dry. Even the bench by the window had this same wet feeling."

"The hotel was clean and nice, and the breakfast buffet was good. However, the à la carte menu and coffee bar were very expensive for the quality. The staff could also be more understanding and helpful with guest concerns. When we were struggling to find an ATM, they offered little assistance. We also tried to extend our stay, but the wrong dates were entered, and we were later told there was no availability for the extra night, with no apology for the mistake. Lastly, some staff made comments about how “nice guests” leave tips, which felt uncomfortable and inappropriate."
