  • Family friendly cottage with private beach on Lake Champlain! Beach is known for its beautiful, clean, weed-free beach! The cottage is open and bright with all of the amenities of home as well as anything you will need to enjoy your beach vacation. Booking includes a screened in porch, a 3 seasoned porch, open front patio, shaded back yard, garage, dock, kayaks, bikes and more! New heat pump / AC system & water system installed in spring 2024. This property has it all!
