This newly renovated and spacious holiday villa is in a beautiful and quiet location. The popular destinations such as Fort Myers Downtown are within easy reach.

A small lake borders the expansive property, which invites you to relax and unwind.

When it comes to the equipment of this Villa Journey, nothing will be missing. The whole house is tiled. No carpet! Great for allergy sufferers.

The villa sleeps 6 guests and has 2 king bedrooms and one queen bedroom. The master suite is followed by a spacious master bathroom with a bathtub and a large shower.

The living area is spacious with plenty of space for 6 people, 52'' flat screen TV, DVD player, cable TV and a comfortable couch area. The kitchen is very spacious and nothing is missing from the appliances. It is furnished to a high standard with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.

The pool area offers a heatable, large pool as well as loungers, a barbecue and another dining table.

In addition to the good house equipment, you will also find beach chairs, a cool box and beach utensils for your excursions in the garage.

Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. Likewise, smoking is only permitted outside.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
We would be grateful if you could put the used towels in the washing machine and start it before you leave. Thank you! Please put the garage door opener in the kitchen.
Check-out is possible until 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Please arrange a personal appointment with the property manager. Please clean the BBQ grill thoroughly if you have used it.
If the BBQ grill is not clean upon check-out, we will take care of it for a cleaning fee of $50. If the propane runs out, please purchase a replacement bottle.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Rules

An electricity flat rate is included in the price for bookings made after the date of March 27, 2024.
We have a base price for 2 guests a night. Each additional guest has an extra surcharge per night.
Guests should please clean the BBQ grill after using it. If it is not cleaned upon check out, a cleaning fee of $50 will be charged to the guest.

Amazing property

I looooved loved the house. The pictures do not do it justice. We spent a week in the home and I did not want to leave. Felt like home. Furthermore management was amazing. We had a few hiccups and they were immediately on it. Anja, our personal “host” was quick to respond to any questions and was very accommodating. Cannot wait to go back.
