"If I could give more than 5 stars I would! We’ve been visiting the Brac 2-3 times a year for 11 years. This property was fabulous! Loved the central location, the grounds and pool (and hammock area) were beautiful and so well maintained. The house itself felt the most like home of any house we’ve ever stayed in with its high ceilings and no clutter. Kitchen was very well stocked. Worth every penny! We will be back to this house again when we come with guests, thus needing the extra bedrooms and bathrooms."
Incredible Views, Waterfront Luxury Private Villa with Central AC
10/10 Excellent
"We had the most incredible stay at Coral Beach Villa which completely exceeded our expectations. Cayman Brac is known for its peaceful, laid back charm, and this property embodies that perfectly. Immaculate , spacious, and equipped with everything we needed for a flawless stay.My daughter, granddaughter and I wanted to take a girls trip and my granddaughter wanted to obtain her PADI Certification while there. Coral Beach Villa was the perfect home base for all our Cayman Brac adventures. Whether you spent the day diving, snorkeling hiking, or exploring the island's famous caves, coming back to this beautiful property was a dream. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub while taking in the beautiful ocean views.Joy was communicative, welcoming and full of great local recommendations for diving, snorkeling, dining and island exploration."
"Everything was great, especially our hostess Lynne. We arrived on a Sunday when all the stores are closed. Lynne offered to pickup groceries for Monday breakfast. (Divers are gone before the stores open!) The villa is cute, cozy and quiet."
"Wow. My wife and I had the most incredible week at Paradise Found. It was exactly what we wanted for a 20 year anniversary trip. Profoundly quiet, private, and comfortable. We rarely saw another person unless we drove to get groceries or check out a restaurant. Just hours alone with each other by the pool, snorkeling out back, having drinks on the deck. Absolutely magical -- made me long for heaven!"
"Lovely and wonderful house provided relaxing getaway for a couple. Caretaker met us at airport and lead us to house was very helpful as we landed after sunset and house is off a side road. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed. Plenty of linens. Very clean. Washer dryer is a plus. Excellent WiFi. Limited cable made us focus on the marvellous setting and surroundings. Relaxed in the lounge chairs in front of house daily. Beach consists of rocks making water entry challenging but reward is marine life after snorkelling out to mooring bouy. We intend to stay again in future. "
"Amazing views & beautiful beach; exactly what you need for some healing R&R. Note that the property states it has a grill & telephone; it does not have either of these."
The best area to stay in North East Bay is along the North East Coast Road, particularly near the easternmost tip of Cayman Brac.
This area is largely residential and offers a peaceful setting away from the island's more developed western side. It's characterised by its proximity to the Bluff, the island's prominent limestone cliff, and offers easy access to several natural attractions. You'll find a scattering of private villas and boutique guesthouses here, often with direct access to the sea.
Couples looking for a tranquil escape will find this area particularly appealing. The seclusion allows for quiet walks along the rocky coastline, stargazing without light pollution, and a genuine sense of privacy. It's also an excellent base for exploring the island's natural beauty, with various hiking trails up the Bluff and opportunities for birdwatching.
For those interested in diving and snorkelling, staying along the North East Coast Road provides convenient access to some of Cayman Brac's less-frequented dive sites, particularly those on the north side of the island.
When is the best time to go to North East Bay?
The best time to go to North East Bay, Cayman Brac, is during the dry season, which runs from December to April.
During these months, you'll experience consistently warm temperatures, typically ranging from 24°C to 30°C, with lower humidity and very little rainfall. This makes it ideal for enjoying all the outdoor activities North East Bay is known for, such as diving, snorkelling, hiking, and exploring the bluff. The calm seas are particularly good for boating and water sports.
The shoulder months of May and November can also be pleasant, offering good weather with fewer crowds and potentially better value on accommodation and flights. While there's a slightly higher chance of rain, showers are often brief and quickly pass, leaving plenty of sunshine.
The summer months from June to October are the wet season, characterised by higher humidity, more frequent rainfall, and the possibility of tropical storms or hurricanes.
