Golf Hotels & Resorts in North Dayton from AU$85

"The pool water didn't seem to have much movement from filtration going on. We could see a film on top of the water and so we were afraid to swim. We did get into the hot tub and the bottom was rough to walk on, so be cautious in that regard. There was only 2 towels for the 3 of us left on the shelf. We were in room 103 and the heating/cooling unit was hard to use. The lights that would show the mode and temperature were burnt out so we pushed buttons till we felt warm or cool air. One day of our stay was chilly and we used the heat but couldn't regulate it so we woke up in the middle of the night very hot. The next day it was the complete opposite and we woke up so cold. In the shower there was a handle to turn on and then it turned to the left to go from cold to hot. The handle was very loose and would only stand straight up, which was too cold, or slide on it's own to straight down which was scary hot. I managed to hold the handle in position with one hand and then wash my hair and body with the other hand. There were 3 of us staying and we had to share one key card. And on the last day the keycard stopped working so we had to receive help from the cleaning staff to let us back into our room. The breakfast was ok. The dining room was clean and well maintained. I chose this hotel based on the brand because I'd stayed in the same hotels in Florence KY and Huron OH and had great stays in the Comfort Inns in those cities. This location did not live up to those two locations."

"My room could have been cleaner. There was something on the floor by the AC that I couldn’t identify and didn’t want to touch. May have been insulation from the AC but IDK. There was trash on the floor around the bed, candy wrappers and water bottle caps. The bed was comfortable. The room door didn’t have a seal around it and it looked like it had been pried open. Did not close well and rattled in the frame. The hot water will scald you, and the temperature would fluctuate while taking a shower. The elevator smelled of pot smoke and someone was actively smoking pot outside by the front door and outside under my window, as the AC pulled that nasty stank into the room like I was smoking it myself. There was no guide of any kind in the room for the tv channels, but it didn’t look like there were many to choose from. I didn’t use the WiFi because I have trust issues. The breakfast was actually the best part of the whole stay. I expected better for the price."

"Couldn't check in till 6 30 as the rooms were not ready. Room had no bedding and 1 towel. Reception unattended so unable to get sheet/pillow case/blanket. Terrible experience "

"Good breakfast. Check-in was okay, young lady behind desk was unsmiling, but took care of business. Great room, good breakfast. Would use again. "
