Our sheets weren't changed the full week we were there. Although I'm not sure if that's standard? Staff was very friendly! We would certainly go back or recommend to friends and family. "The hotel is in a great location, close to the outlets, downtown, and restaurants. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, our room and the hotel were clean, and I loved the hot tub and fire pit. It's super cute that they have s'mores supplies at the front desk, for the kids to make on the fire pit in the evenings. I've stayed here a few times now and will definitely be staying again."
