"We booked on Expedia and had a room with ‘no view’… but our room had a beautiful second floor view of the ocean. We spent our mornings drinking coffee on our deck watching the sunrise. The building is beautiful, well kept and very classy. The staff is wonderful. It was a little pricy for us, but after arriving, it was very well worth it. We had a wonderful vacation and loved our beautiful room. "

"This property has a jackpot of a view for Acadia! The back of this hotel is absolutely stunning! It a quick 4 minute drive into town for all the shopping and dining without having to be “in the chaos.” This is the second time we’ve stayed here and now it is newly renovated with beautiful rooms. The staff was also super helpful and accommodating for us with our baby. 10/10 this time! Highly recommend. No idea why it’s rated the way it is. I would tell all my friends to stay here just for the access to the waterfront and the view! "
