"Beautiful location right on the water. Free bus to downtown Bar Harbor every 15/30 minutes allows you to avoid driving to town. In town you can connect to other free buses to Acadia park and other POIs. Food choices are limited at the hotel. Also no happy hour or any activities or entertainment in the evening."

"Great place to stay, expensive but cheaper than some of the neighboring properties and you can't blame them for keeping up with the pricing up there. Staff was very nice. room was a good size beds were comfortable, great location about a 15 minute walk into town all on sidewalks. the only slight critique is that the shower has an oval shower rod so the shower curtain doesn't lay flush against the tub so water got on the floor, but no biggie. would absolutely stay again!"
