Room was immaculately clean, the staff is warm and welcoming, the breakfast had so many choices, fantastic bar and the facility has everything we needed to enjoy our time. Really enjoyed the fire pits and s'mores kits. A lot of wonderful memories, we will stay here again."

"Was looking for a place in downtown Hyannis that was convenient, clean and offered me value. Hyannis Inn took care of all our needs. Standard hardware in bathroom/shower but great pressure and hot water. King size bed was comfortable, and the room was very clean. My parking space was right in front of my door. I was not looking for the Ritz-Carlton for the evening and it fit our needs. And again it’s a very good location for the Cape and for downtown Hyannis - main road/street. "
