This very nice upstairs studio apartment sleeps 2 people maximum. No Pets, No Smoking, No Incense Burning. This studio is equipped with a queen bed, hardwood floors, granite counters, shower/bathtub, full kitchen, coffee maker, microwave, cooking utensils, a 30-inch flat-screen TV, cable TV, WI-FI internet access, leather couch, full-size washer & dryer, laundry soap, fabric sheets, surround sound for stereo, central heat & air, towels, sheets, pillows, bedding, and outdoor uncovered parking and a small balcony with a bench.

The view is residential (nothing fancy) but this studio is a luxurious steal in Charleston. Sorry, but due to extreme differences in preferences for personal items (such as soaps, body washes, toothpaste, and razors) we do not supply these items.

Boutique Bungalow

This place was PERFECT for our weekend getaway for Luke Bryan and visiting friends, central location to everything in Charleston, awesome place with a thoughtful host that clearly goes the extra mile for his guests. Will look to Tony first on any future trips to the coast and recommend to anyone looking for a space for a visit to the holy city!

Tony was so communicative and wonderful! Loved the bottle of wine that was waiting for us. We went to a concert at the North Charleston Coliseum and it was so close to venue. The trip to downtown and to Folly Beach was short too! Overall, loved this place and cute location!

Amazing spot on North Charleston! The location was great for short trips to downtown Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and the North Charleston area. We read many reviews and that’s what sold us on this property, so we would suggest doing the same! Tony goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable, enjoyable, and affordable. Perfect location near the airport and Park Circle. Great place with absolutely everything needed in the place for a long or short stay. Need a car for any visits to Charleston attractions but great place to come home to

Nice, Quiet Stay.

My wife and I were in town for a wedding in Mt. Pleasant and let me just start by saying this was perfectly located between Mr. Pleasant and the night life of Charleston. A short 20 minute drive to both locations. What you see in the pictures is what you get. There was some very nice amenities like a circulating fan, some chocolates and snacks, and even a bottle of wine on the table. Truly above and beyond. And for the price we paid, we saved 800 over a local hotel the rest of the wedding guests were staying at.We will return if we are ever in the area again. Thank you for an inexpensive, but welcoming option!

Tony made us feel very welcome and was very accommodating with our every request. The unit was exactly as expected, but maybe even better because of all the extras that Tony provided! The neighborhood was not the best, but the location was perfect for what we needed!

Super Clean, Thoughtful extras

The previous reviews were spot on about this VRBO. The neighborhood isn't why you would choose this place. The location, the super clean and well thought-out space, is definitely why we would choose it again. Also, the attention to detail from the host with the little extras and the well-thought-out space are more reasons to want to come back. Great choice for a Charleston stay!

Great Again
