Charleston Getaway on the Ashley River with a Dock
3 bedroom house on the Ashley River. 2 miles from the airport and 7 miles from downtown Charleston. Comes with a pontoon boat available to rent. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on the Ashley River.
The pontoon is a private captained trip for 6 hours for $295. Please make sure to message us to reserve the boat & captain prior to your stay to see if it’s available. The pontoon can hold up to 12 passengers.

Other things to note
Please note this property has a shared dock and is on the Ashley River. The rental property owns the left side of the dock as you go down the ramp. Please feel free to use the life jackets at the house for young kids and those who may not be strong swimmers. Be sure to pull the dock ladder out of the water after each use to prevent growth on the ladder. Be safe and thanks for staying with us!
