Great location, the house worked great for our group
The location is close to the airport, but also a short drive to the downtown Charleston. We had a good time walking to a couple of shops in the neighborhood. The house itself was met our needs, we were able to enjoy the weather and utilized the backyard and its amenities.
The house we stayed in was perfect for 6 people and had a great fenced in backyard for the dog. Centrally located and was at the most 15-20 minutes away from everything we did during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the Charleston area.
The house is in a great location, walking distance to the bars and restaurants in Park Circle. The amenities were plentiful and everything was very clean. The property manager was quick to respond to any questions that we had. We would definitely stay here again in the future.
Easy drive into downtown & islands and missed Charleston traffic when left
An older neighborhood but many of the houses have been restored. Very clean and has nice areas to sit & visit both inside & out. Park Circle has some great restaurants.
House was exactly as pictured. Patio was awesome, watched some college football outside and sat by the fire pit on a cool evening catching up with our friends.
This is our third visit to the Charleston area in the past year. This house was by far the best one yet. It is very clean, has everything you need and communication with the host was quick and easy. Centrally located to everything you need. A quick beautiful walk to Park Circle with local shops and great restaurants. The neighborhood is super quiet.
This property was ideal! We were in town for a family wedding and wanted the convenience of being close to the airport. Our sons met us here and the location was perfect for airport pick ups and drop offs. Fortunately the weather was great so we enjoyed the outdoor porch and shower. Brandon was a very attentive and responsive host.
we really enjoyed the place. everything was clean and easy to find. great outdoor all fenced for the pups. the kitchen was perfect to cook. the neighborhood is amazing with plenty of nice bars, restaurants, coffee shop, all very dog friendly. only 20 min from downtown charleston. would definitely come back.
Fastidiously maintained, comfortable, and very well equipped.
Our family of 4 very much enjoyed our stay. The property is extremely well maintained, has an expansive kitchen that is equipped with every appliance and piece of cookware that you could think of, and is in a very quiet neighborhood within a mile or so of grocery shopping and restaurants.Everything in the premises has been renovated and is up-to-date.Since it rained almost everyday, we were not able to try out the sheltered outdoor area at the back of the house…..which looked very comfortable and even has a has a flat screen TV.Our host Brandon was easy to reach, communicated promptly, and clearly takes great pride in the property. We would stay there again if ever revisiting Charleston.
We had a good visit with family. It was nice to be able to bring our dogs they enjoy the backyard area as did we.
Brandon, Was there when we needed him very quick to respond.
Pros:
Property listed photos are a good example of what you can expect.
Very convenient to just about everything. Shopping, dining, parks, downtown
Cons:
Beds were very firm
Heavy train activity on Wednesday and Thursday with tracks close by.
Overall we had a very nice stay and would stay there again.
Recently visited our son and his girlfriend but due to the fact that we have 4 dogs between us, we decided to get a VRBO. This was a great little find in Park Circle area. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in this up and coming area north of Charleston. Cute little house that has been recently updated. Great Master shower, super nice updated kitchen! The outside area was great and the yard has a privacy fence so if you have dogs, it was a great area for them to run around and play ball. Added plus was the dog friendly outdoor shower complete with dog shampoo! Fair warning-Charleston neighborhoods are ALWAYS a work in progress and not all of the houses in this block have been redone, but we felt safe.
Brandon is a wonderful host! He was very welcoming & stayed in contact with us throughout our stay. Very impressive! His home is very clean/tidy & had all the essentials - plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, bath towels, & most importantly dishes & cookware. Plenty of coffee makers (pot, keurig, & a cappuccino maker). We still love to cook some of our meals when on vacation, especially breakfast! Beautiful fenced in back yard for our pup. Great covered outdoor seating area with TV. Neighborhood very quiet, neighbors friendly, plenty of neighbors walking their dogs or taking an evening stroll or jog. Would definitely recommend Brandon's home to everyone! Would absolutely stay here again when returning to Charleston, SC. He's neighborhood is close to downtown, Walmart, Food Lion, shopping, beaches, & more!
