You’ll be between the airport and downtown when you book this little cottage in North Charleston, ~10 minutes to each! We have what you need for your kiddos and fur babies, including a pack and play, high chair, and large dog crate. There are 2 queen bedrooms and 1 sofa bed that is easy to pull out. A fully-stocked kitchen has pans, crock pot, filter coffeemaker & Keurig to help you feel at home.

Every bedroom and the living room all have smart TVs (total of 3 TVs) for you to access your favorite streaming services. The large laundry room has a full size washer and dryer for your convenience, as well as an XL dog crate and dog bowl. Dyson vacuum, beach chairs, small cooler, and other amenities provided!

ACCESS is Self-Service: Your personal 4-digit door code will be emailed to you on the morning of your check-in.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Our cottage is located in an urban, working class neighborhood in the city of North Charleston. (2 street pics included in listing.) We've seen a lot of investment with some houses fully renovated and other older homes still needing repair. If you are not comfortable with this and feel as though this type of location may negatively impact your review, we kindle ask that you do not book our home.

GETTING AROUND: The neighborhood is 10 minutes from the downtown tourist area. While this cottage is centrally located between downtown, airport, park circle, and other key locations, it is not a walkable tourist area itself. You'll drive in and out to get to your destinations each day, and will park for free at the house.

Cozy Charleston Stay

Cute cottage

Great place to stay, owner is clear upfront that this is not a walkable area of town but it is close to many places including local breweries. Cottage is clean and well maintained. Would definitely book again!

Fantastic stay at the Cozy Cottage

My friend and I recently stayed at the cottage for a long weekend girls trip. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect—close to downtown. The host mentioned that it is in a "working class" neighborhood so we were not put off when we first drove down the street. It is very much an up and coming area. We had no problems, it was very quiet and we felt perfectly safe.Our host was incredibly responsive and made sure we had everything we needed. Check-in was seamless, and all instructions were clear.We would definitely stay here again.
