"The staff was polite and helpful when asked. The balcony view was amazing and nice. The halls did smell like mildew, I guess from the rain. I guess there was a leak, Also it would be nice if they had a computer room. I work remotely and did not brig my printer or fax machine. Hotels usually have that or access to it. I think they have ample room to make a computer area. Very safe area and quiet. Low key which I like. "

"It was great to be able to bring our family dogs with us; although there is an additional fee per dog; which I had not experienced before. fenced back yard was great for dogs. laundry was easy to access and use. on the ground floor. bedrooms were well appointed and bathrooms were very nice. lots of areas to gather for games and puzzles"

"Host was very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay. Pet friendly. Hot tub (even though we ended up not using) was in working order and serviced well. Boat dock and golf cart was a huge plus. Great neighborhood for walking. "

"What an amazing house! We loved our stay here. We were a group of 10 ladies who came to celebrate 3 milestone birthdays. We had an amazing time swimming, kayaking, exploring, eating and laughing. There was an appliance issue but there was great communication and solutions to help get it fixed. It was very clean and had lots of things here available for use (shampoo, soap, toiletries, spices, etc) which was nice to not have to bring. Walmart is directly up the street so was nice for last minute things you need to purchase. We had a phenomenal meal prepared for us by The Seagrass Chef (look him up on Google) and he came to the house and loved the wonderful fully stocked kitchen while he cooked for us. Lots of toys and floats and kayaks were avaliable for us to use here and take to the beach, no need to bring your own. We will definitely come back to stay again if the opportunity arises. "

"House was beautiful. A/C had an issue and had to be fixed. Took 1 full day. Construction was going in at the lot next door. Would love to try staying again. "
