"We cannot say enough great things about this home and the experience! Eric is a phenomenal host and went above and beyond to make our stay special - it was no surprise that Sunny by You was immaculate and even better than pictured online. Perfect location, comfortable and well appointed home - we enjoyed our stay so much! Eric is highly responsive and will do anything he can to help as a host, we highly recommend Sunny by You! North Captiva Island is so special and we have stayed once before on the island but this home really elevated the experience. The living room is super comfortable with a huge sofa, bedrooms are all comfortable and the screened porch made for beautiful mornings looking out from up in the palm trees. We would absolutely stay again! Thank you Eric!"

"We truly enjoyed the property. Our group consisted of seven people, six being adults and a five-year-old. The property accommodated us incredibly well with everyone having their own bedroom and one to spare. The views were phenomenal. The pool is great and the beachfront location is optimal. We really enjoyed the island and will be visiting again. Next year will likely book this exact same property."

"Great house for extended family vacation! The beds are comfortable. Screened in porch was great to avoid bugs. Good water pressure in shower and the osmosis drinking water was good. Pool nice. Golf carts are a must here! The 2 golf carts accommodated the 10 of us great! Having beach chairs/unbrellas/toys/towels was great. Grocery delivery prior is a must and was very smooth- fees are pricy but expected. Communication prior for arrival instructions for ferry pick up/drop off was great. North Captiva is beautiful for a low key/relaxing beach vacation. Research island before booking. Everything is closed by 9pm. Mainstay and Mangos were only restaurants operating (except Over the Water that was booked solid the week we were there) and they did not offer grab and go food or take and bake pizza at Mangos during our stay and Mangos used a limited menu due to staffing so dining options are limited on island (so plan accordingly!).Property was great. Recommend!"

"We just got done with our trip to N Captiva and everything was great. I really enjoyed Pat’s beach house. It had everything we needed and more, and I felt that the house had a really great outdoor space compared to many other beach houses I’ve stayed in. The pool felt amazing and looked so tropical and inviting, like a personal oasis after a hot day at the beach. I really liked that there was a room downstairs and an area to keep our fishing and beach gear, so we never had to bring anything sandy upstairs. I thought the decor and layout was really inviting, like someone’s home that they care about vs a rental company. It had some neat artistic touches with the painted coconut fish and other things that you won’t see at other beach houses. I liked how the house had multiple lamps in each room exactly where I needed them. This is a rare find. Two refrigerators made planning meals so easy! Any question I had (and I had many), Pat was there to answer on text or phone. I definitely enjoyed this house and we would rent here again."
