The house was very clean and well maintained and the hosts made sure we knew where to find everything and how everything worked. Everything is pretty, comfortable and just what we hoped for! The island is really beautiful and it was fun to be secluded and private. It takes good planning but there are also amazing service providers that make everything really easy. "

"Our family had a wonderful time at Shell Cottage. The home was clean upon arrival and well stocked with all the amenities for us to use. The pool was great and well heated. There are plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas to use and the house had many toys, games and puzzles that our boys had fun playing with. The house is very close to the private access beach. It was so nice having that part of the beach basically to ourselves most days. Plus, the shelling was great right there. We had a wonderful time in North Captiva."

"This house has a perfect location: steps from Sunset Beach and all N Captiva is known for. Allen is an excellent and very attentive host. He helped us navigate the (now, admittedly modest) complexities of getting to the Island and getting situated. The location is very quiet in all the best ways. This was an ideal “getaway” location! Access to the Safety Harbor Club amenities was a huge bonus. Plus tons a key amenities at The Winterhaven (filtered water, nice golf cart, bikes, cooking basics)."
