"This is a beautiful home right on the water with a small private beach. On our first day, we saw one person on a jet ski around 5 PM. We spent all day on the beach. The barracuda beach bar can be walked to from the beach in about five minutes or you can drive to it and about three. Beach and caves there are amazing and food and drinks are good. Buy your groceries in Provo as supplies are limited in the North island. "The beach is absolutely amazing at this house, the property grounds are stunning too, but the house does need some updates. As other reviews mentioned, the house is horribly hot, and although there are breezes off the water, it doesn't reach the house because of all the landscaping. We cooked meals every day in the house and it was almost unbearable because it was so hot. "This house was exactly what we were seeking. Quiet, beautifully appointed, and a stunning beach front location. We especially loved the two hammocks. Getting to North Caicos is not easy, but the homeowner had the house manager meet us at the ferry. He then took us to the house and had a rental car delivered. This was extremely helpful. We loved barracudas, cilantros and Ms Bs for meals. We hope to return in the near future."
