"AC was good, its a quaint little motel room, rustic like its location, nothing soecial. There is no front desk so checkin was a little crazy cause they removed the lock box info from the app for some reason but expedia got me in. There is no human being to talk to at the property or by phone."

"Cute, family run eclectic hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The pool, sauna, breakfast, and location to town, the hiking trails, and ski slopes was perfect. Great value. Would definitely recommend and stay here again."
"We stayed in the Revere Suite over Memorial Day weekend and unfortunately the experience did not match the premium price. We paid approximately $1,300 for two nights and encountered multiple issues during our stay.
The ceiling leaked onto the couch, the balcony door did not lock, and the side entrance to the suit also failed to lock, creating a security concern. The stove was not functioning, and there was an exposed wire on the deck. We were also disappointed that the advertised mountain view was very limited from our suite. The soaking tub was large and attractive, but the bath water was brown/ yellow discolored & never fully cleared.
The listing also indicated amenities and services that were unavailable during our stay. The television channels were extremely limited and largely in German rather than the expected programming. In addition, staff entered the unit without prior notice, which was unexpected and made us uncomfortable. We were also disappointed that the listing featured a photo showing a Jacuzzi on the porch balcony, but there was no Jacuzzi present during our stay. We were disappointed that advertised bathrobes were not provided when we arrived. This felt misleading and contributed to our overall dissatisfaction with the accuracy of the advertised amenities.
The location required about a 30-minute drive to reach the Catskills and nearby hikes. We were also charged an additional $69 fee without any clear explanation. The maintenance, amenities were awful."
"The room was huge - one bedrm with a king bed, lots of drawers, a closet, a desk and a tv. A livingroom with a couch, two comfy armchairs and tv. Yet, it is described as a 'solo' room meaning it is for one person - We had to pay an extra $50 for my partner which I thought was odd! There were two ACs, one in each room, that were set to 67⁰ - this Memorial wknd it was 50⁰ and raining. We tried to raise the heat but to no avail, it was blowing cold air. We were freezing - the owner offered us a blanket or a heater, we took the heater and it worked well. The sink water in the bathroom barely had pressure but that was not too troublesome. We were, however, a bit skeeved by the towel on the back of the bathroom door which we assumed was used by the previous guests. The breakfast was continental - Keurig coffee machine, packaged cereal, pastries and bagels, some apples and oranges, yogurt - available throughout the day, not just for brkfst so that was grt. We had dinner in the restaurant downstairs which was a great idea as it was decently priced, the food was good and the staff attentive. Every door had a digital lock including the main door to the outside; we were given codes instead of keys which I thought was quite efficient though we had to do a bit of door pushing/pulling upward for the lock to engage both when locking and unlocking the door. We would def stay there again."
"The hotel is old and dated . The paint is peeling in the bathroom. The noise from the floor above is soo loud. Just the people walking across the floor and it was creaking so bad I thought they were going to fall through. The auto closing doors were not set properly and slamming shut!"
"Johnny was such a fantastic host. Not only were accomodations beautiful with a great breakfast but also his recommendations and quick response to emails made for a great weekend getaway. Hot tub is amazing."
"The coffee was awesome, I know that sounds trivial, but as a caffeine addict, it means a lot. The scenery, the local eateries, and the people in the area, all were great."
