"Room was clean, staff was amazing and property was great. Highly recommend this as a great place to stop as you’re traveling on I5. More than pet friendly, our dogs were welcomed! Perry at the front desk was great and so outgoing. Everyone we interacted with was fantastic. "

"Very good/bad stay. More good than bad. Rooms have seen better days and could use update. Good bathroom facilities, but the toilet paper holder was a little difficult to work with. No elevator, so if you need that, stay on the first floor. Walls are thin, so can hear other conversations. Frig definitely needed replacement, but worked well. Microwave is small, but good. Beds were excellent, and slept well, even on the first night. Lots of room to put our lunch materials, dry and cold. Excellent ventilation system- we had fried fish dinner one night and the room was odorless within an hour. Good breakfast, tho we missed that it's a straight 6am-9am, even on weekends, and arrived Sunday just after they had closed. Wonderful helpful staff- had to change rooms and had a minor issue with zero coffee supplies which were all fixed with a quick trip to the front desk. Wonderful location- across from grocery store, several restaurants and gas station. Short trip to other stores under the highway, and easy on/off access. We will stay again."

"Stayed here a lot of times. Most expensive hotel in Redding. They no longer offer a complimentary breakfast for guests. Our Room smelled like cigarettes, and they wouldn’t move us or provide us a roll out bed for my son to sleep on. Mosaic restaurant was also underwhelming and the staff never seems to fully understand the menu, minimal customer service. Used to be my favorite place to stay in Redding and has gone downhill."

"The hotel was fairly clean, but there were several maintenance issues. Some of the electrical outlets did not work, the in‑room coffee maker was missing parts, and the bathroom was in need of repairs/cleaning. During our stay, the ice maker on our floor was out of order, and the elevator stopped working overnight, which was inconvenient. They were quick to fix this and had it up and running by mid-morning the following day. On the positive side, the location was very convenient - close to several places to shop, dine & explore. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout the duration of our stay. Plenty of in-room tv channels for the nights we were rained in."

"Great deal for what we needed. A quick place to lay down for the night on our 18 hour road trip with 2 kids 2 and under and a German shepherd dog. The indoor pool was a big plus for the kiddos. Clean bedding. The room’s bathroom had a pee mark on the toilet seat. Nothing that a Clorox wipe couldn’t fix real quick :) Over all very pleasant staff and a very clean continental breakfast area. Thank you"
