"What an absolutely beautiful place. My wife and I spent an extended weekend for our anniversary to get away and relax. My wife loves to cook, and this kitchen was so well thought out, it had everything she needed. The only thing to note was that if you are a light sleeper and sleep in the bedroom on the main floor, the heat pump may wake you up when it kicks on. We wished we could have stayed longer. We hope to be back maybe in the fall or again next winter."

"My husband and I (and our dog) stayed here for our anniversary weekend. It was very clean when we arrived and smelled like pine. Super cozy! As other reviews mentioned the doors are a hard to close but it’s doable! Not a problem at all. And as far as the “close to the road” it’s not a problem at all. I think we saw 3-4 cars go by the entire weekend. Very quiet road! Lots of wood for the little wood stove (which worked really well) We also went for lunch at red canoe restaurant which was about a...

"Really had a wonderful time staying 2 nites, and visited the lake many times, spent the majority of our time down there. Took the canoe out each day, wonderful quiet and private lake, and never saw anyone else on it. ATV trails close by, but did not disrupt or trip. The cabin had a lot of really sweet touches, making it a step up (and more comfortable) that basic camping. Would love to visit again in another season!!"

"What neat place, lots of trails beauitful sandy beach and direct access to the lake. community firepit and a really wonderfully landscaped area. so many attractions to check out close by and great pizza at the general store. Golfing was a nice afternoon out and it was all around a perfect getaway!"

"We absolutely loved our time here. The property itself was amazing! Well kept, stunning views and lots to do without having to leave. The host was great, easy to communicate with and seems to have thought of it all. We loved the small touches she added that made the property super charming.
