Applecross Townhouse – 300m Level Walk to the Beach

Escape to the coast and settle into this spacious five-bedroom holiday retreat, perfectly positioned just a five-minute stroll from one of the area’s most popular surfing beaches. Designed with comfort and flexibility in mind, this light-filled retreat is ideal for large families, groups of friends, or two families holidaying together. You can also bring your dog as there is a private enclosed courtyard.

Set across two levels, the home offers plenty of space to relax, unwind, and enjoy beachside living. Downstairs features a private self-contained feel with its own kitchenette, comfortable lounge and dining area, two bedrooms, a laundry, and a private enclosed courtyard — perfect for morning coffee or relaxed afternoons after the beach.

Upstairs, you’ll find the main living hub of the home, including a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for easy holiday meals and entertaining. The upper level also includes three additional bedrooms, including a spacious master suite with king size bed and ensuite bathroom, plus a main family bathroom with a shower recess, bath and separate toilet. The upstairs level also provides two balconies for relaxing and entertaining.

Beautiful North Avoca Beach, popular for its great surfing, fishing, and diving, is just a short level walk away, and is also dog friendly. North Avoca also has awesome coffee and food at 'The Boy and the Rose Cafe'' and a general store with everything you need, from sunscreen to meat for the BBQ. Avoca Beach is a short distance away and features a popular family friendly rock pool. Avoca Beach also features a charming slow paced town centre with funky shops, cafes and a theatre. Paddleboards, pedal boats and kayaks are available for hire at nearby Avoca Lagoon. In the heart of Terrigal, you will find boutique shops, trendy cafes, some of the best fine dining restaurants in NSW and great live music.
