I would've liked my room to be a bit cleaner. I believe it was the same room I stayed in previously in June '23 or before. I would prefer a room on the front side of the building and on lower floor on my next visit. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.

Great staff!
Great staff! We were greeted by Allegra at check-in. She was very helpful and even made a fresh pot of coffee for me. The next morning, we noticed the refrigerator in our room was broken, and the desk clerk immediately arranged for Carlos, the maintenance man, to swap it out. He was very friendly and offered some tips about the local restaurants. We had a very nice stay, and the room was cleaned daily. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

At to below average
The room could have been cleaner, especially the floors. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was below average - eggs were lukewarm, bagels stale, coffee also lukewarm. Also got to listen to an employee complain very loudly about another employee … whole experience was slightly below average.

There was a Waffle House cup in my room and one of the night lights left on. Made me feel someone else had access to the room. The beds were made and bathroom with new towels and no trash so I didn’t report it.

Karen was very helpful at checkin - everything went smoothly and our room was lovely. It would be nice though to have 4 cups and 4 glasses fir two people. And 2 decaf and 2 reg coffee.

Couldn't have asked for a better hotel in North Augusta. The room was nice, modern, and pretty much perfectly clean, plus the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Will be my first choice next time I'm in town.
