Pros: Room was beautiful and the ocean view was great! Staff were friendly and helpful. Onsite excursion booking made exploring easy. The pool was lovely and access to the beach so easy. Cons: nearly impossible to book a reservation at the restaurants other than the buffet. The gym was in dire need of updating. Very basic equipment and a severely outdated cable machine. Fitness is very important for me, even on vacation and I was really let down on this aspect.

We were given a wonderful room with a comfortable king-size bed, and it set the tone for a fantastic stay. The staff were exceptional—helpful, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile.
