"The room was clean, as was the bathroom. However, this is not a luxury or relaxing hotel if you are looking for a place to unwind after hours of walking in the heat, as I was. The photos on the website make it look much better than it actually is. This was my first time in Porto, and I didn't know how far one part of the city would be from the other, so I stayed in the old part. It turned out that the city is quite small, so next time I would choose a newer hotel with more amenities, as the city is overall easy to walk around."

"Perfect position to explore Porto. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Only ate breakfast here but it was all very tasty and fresh. Had a deluxe double room as it was my birthday , it was amazing. Treat yourself!"

"Please buy your own sugar or sweetener for breakfast. They do not bring them in the tray. Breakfast comes from a different location. But I love their orange juice instead of coffee with sugar or sweetener. Front desk if very helpful."

"Beautiful hotel, staff incredibly helpful. The spa is the most serene spa I’ve ever been to and the rooftop bar views are some of the best in the city. Only minor downside is if you’re vegan there aren’t any substantial food options in either restaurant"
