The Studio @ Garfield

This is a 'Designed by Davis' home. This calm oasis is conveniently located just .2 east of the University of Oklahoma and Gaylord Family - Oklahoma Memorial Stadium. Come home to one king, memory foam mattress, a quaint living area, and a fully stocked kitchen.

This home is a unique ‘Designed - by Davis’ home.

The design pieces have been thoughtfully chosen with the idea of fun and restfulness in mind. The neighborhood this apartment is found in pleases the exciting campus experience, while the inside of this home proves to be a comforting place to eat, sleep, chat and chill. Soft and simple tones, with added warm touches of color really do well to create an inviting atmosphere. The Cali is meant to be a part of your experience, not just a place to sleep!

Parking

We offer one free parking spot per apartment behind the buliding. Street parking is available as allowed by the city.

Check In and Check Out

We do NOT accommodate Early Check Ins or Late Check Outs.
This policy is in place to protect our Sanitation Team's time in readily preparing and sanitizing the home in order to provide you and our next guests with a safe, clean, and suitable space. Thank you for your understanding!
Breaching this policy with unauthorized Early Check Ins and/or Late Check Outs will result in extra fees.

Other things to note
Pets
We invite up to two (2) potty trained dogs to accompany you. Please let us know that your furry friends will be joining you!
We ask that you kindly clean up after your dogs in the yard. Complimentary dog waste bags are provided for easy clean up.
We also ask that dogs are kept off of the furniture to guard against accidental scratching. Please be aware, any damages caused by pets are 100% the responsibility of the guests.

Super cozy

This location was super cozy for just the husband and I. It was convenient for our drive over to the casino for a concert. Very clean, super comfy king bed, very easy communication with the owner. Had our own parking spot for the weekend. It was 1 of 4 units, so it was quite noisy late at night, but overall a decent experience.

Quick Stay for Legendary OU Vs. Bama Game

The location of this property is AMAZING. Being able to walk across the street to the game was 5 star for me. We could walk just about all over Norman from this location. The unit is very cute and clean. We had a hot water issue but the owners took care of it and made it right with us. I would stay here again especially for a Football game!! Bonus is it was close the campus Dorms so visiting my freshmen or taking groceries to her was easy!!

We loved our stay! It is so close to campus. A short walk to the stadium and dorms. The studio is clean and beautiful and our hosts were very communicative and accommodating. We will definitely be staying again!

Great little place that is within walking distance to campus. Super close to the dorms if you have kids who live on campus. Incredibly clean and they provided all amenities needed. Will stay here again for sure!
