The Second House with a Blue Door sleeps up to 8

The house has been recently updated and is the perfect space to stay while on vacation, traveling for work or for kids tournaments! We are a short drive to Norman’s soccer field complex, Reaves Park and all things OU! We are just a few minute walk to a grocery store and Chick Fil A. The house is located near many food options and shopping options!

We travel with our kids and have tried to keep families in mind with the house! The master bedroom purposely has space for a toddler bed or Pack N Play. The master bedroom also has a power recliner for morning coffee, reading or relaxing! It has an en-suite half bathroom and closet.

All bedrooms have room darkening blinds. The 3 other bedrooms have large closets as well.

Our living room is perfect for watching TV on Roku or playing the board games and puzzles included in the TV hutch.

The dining room comfortably seats 6 guests at a large rectangular table with 4 chairs and a bench. We also strive to have a fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, casserole dishes, toaster, oven and more!

The backyard is fully fenced and perfect for pets you are traveling with.

House rules:
Smoking outside on the property or inside the home is not allowed. The home has a smoke detector that detects specifically cigarette, marijuana, vape and other types of recreational smoking. One warning will be given at the first notification of smoke being detected in the home. If notifications of smoke in the home continue, you will have to leave the property and will not be refunded the remainder of your stay. Additionally, tampering with the detector may result in your forfeiting the rest of your stay.

The number of guest on your reservation are the amount of whom may stay in the home. If you will be having guests over for meals or other reasons, we will need notification of that.

We have quiet hours from 9pm-7am as required by the city of Norman. Our home is in a quiet neighborhood and we respect our neighbors and expect our guests to respect them as well through quiet hours. This includes the driveway, front yard and back yard. Parties are not allowed in our home.

Please keep pets off all furniture, especially the leather couches and beds. An additional fee will be charged for scratches from nails and other damages to the couches.

Check out instructions :

Please strip any sheets off of the beds that you sleep in.

Please place all used towels in a pile on the floor in the bathroom.

Please load and turn on the dishwasher.

Lastly, please take out any trash from the kitchen and bathrooms to the trashcans.
