We left after the first night….
Property was old and in disrepair. Railing around deck was rickety. Had a smell of mildew and old cigarettes. One toilet didn’t work. No fitted sheet on mattress, just a flat sheet for a smaller sized bed laid on top of the mattress. Charged Hilton prices for an house in disrepair. It was an expensive mistake on our part given that all nights were paid in advance. The location was right on the river and the river view was nice.

A little home away from home. Not to fancy so wasnt worried about the little ones breaking anything. Everything you need is provided.

Absolutely amazing hosts
My wife and I rented the place over Thanksgiving week. We were apparently the first visitors to the property and Jen and Mitch said they have plans for updates. The neighbor’s were friendly and even brought us Thanksgiving dinner. Very friendly. My wife, my three year old and myself absolutely enjoyed the views. Jen and Mitch are absolutely amazing hosts and really went above and beyond for our family while there. Would highly recommend them to answer all your fishing questions as well.
