No hot water, barely warm. Then on day of check out 1 elevator was broke and waited 30 min for the other elevator only to end up having to walk down 5 flights of stairs with all our luggage and a 4 year old. On top of that my daughter waied 1 hour for valet to bring her car after several requests ...

The room was clean, spotless, and comfortable. I needed a microwave and the staff got it to me quickly. There was noise above my room and that handled promptly. Enjoyed my stay.
