We had a wonderful stay at this charming beach house! It was perfect size for our family of 4, with a thoughtful layout that made the space feel both spacious and inviting. The home is beautifully decorated with plenty of character while still feeling modern, bright, and beachy. Everything was incredibly comfortable, making it easy to relax after a day by the water.We arrived late at night and were so appreciative to find that the owner had thoughtfully stocked the home with paper products, soaps, and even snacks. It was such a welcoming touch and a great way to kick off our stay without having to worry about running to the store first thing.The location couldn't have been better—the beach access is right at the end of the block, making it so convenient to enjoy morning walks, beach days, and sunset strolls. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, well-appointed beach getaway.

Fabulous trip to Va beach. Weather was great to start and not so great to end. But everything one could want was in walking distance. Beach was wonderful. Snacks and local cocktails such a treat at check in!

House was perfect for the weekend and proximity to VWU. Very pet friendly including the play area in the rear of the property. Parking was a bit tight but mostly because other renters not parking in a polite manner.

FABULOUS rental. Property is extremely clean, and extremely quiet. You are one block from the beach entrance. amd one block of various restaurants and coffee shops. The Ft. Story / Cape Henry walking trail is two blocks away. If you bring your dog, BayLake has a fenced in dog park. Lisa had a welcome basket of snacks (much appreciated!) and local craft drinks waiting for us in the fridge. She even had snacks for our dog. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything imagineable. No matter what time of year you stay in Virginia Beach, you will not be disappointed with this rental.

Long Weekend Get Away

The neighborhood was great - super close to a beautiful park with 20 miles of hiking trails, walking distance to the beach, and many great food options. Very pet friendly neighborhood - our furry friends went with us everywhere. Place was very clean.

Beautiful space in a great location. I stayed here for six days and had my grand children for two nights and felt completely comfortable and safe with them here. Communication with Lisa was great. I absolutely would love to stay here again and highly recommend it to all others.

Return visit doesn’t disappoint

This is our second time at this place. We love the cleanliness and comfort we have there for our family and dogs and the location. The peaceful, friendly residential neighborhood is terrific. The people are so nice, lots of pet friendly facilities and the proximity to the local beach is great! We will be back.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We had a wonderful weekend at the Bay Breeze on Red tide. The architecture was contemporary with all the appropriate appointments ! Lisa has a great sense of style and time and time again I found myself delighted with all the tasteful decor and also the extras that make you feel like you are in a truly special place. The refreshments provided were a nice surprise as well much needed after an afternoon drive to the area. The location is close to many restaurants and near the marina. And the beach is only a very short walk away. We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely return !
