Water Front 2 Bedroom Upstairs Apt. - Pet Friendly, WiF, Parking, Smart TV

The home is waterfront and includes all utilities.

We have a 65" Smart TV and High Speed WiFi.

This is a 2 Bedroom upstairs unit in our WaterFront Home. One bedroom has a King size bed. The second bedroom has a full size bed.

We offer a Water front Deck, Charcoal Barbecue Pit and a fenced in lawn for the little ones to run and play. Parking is right outside your door.

We have hardwood floors, and YES we are pet friendly with a $99 Fee.

Brand new central heat and AC has just been installed for year round comfort!

The full size eat-in kitchen is fully stocked with everything you may need to cook your meals. We have a full size bathroom with new tile floors and walls, with a combination bathtub/shower.

We have hardwood floors with a few scattered throw rugs. We have a large charcoal grill for you to use to cook and grill your RibEye Steaks!

This is a large waterfront home that was built with two apartments on the back side of the home overlooking the parking area. Guests will have access to the dock and deck overlooking the Marina and Little Bay Inlet of the Chesapeake Bay.

Parking is right outside your door.

This is a residential neighborhood - quiet and respectful and we intend to keep it this way. We have a fenced in yard for the little ones to run and play.

This is perfect for a military family or people coming into town for a few months at a time.

This is one unit in a home that has 4 total units - all with longer term guests.
