Sleeps max 8-10 comfortably with 2 Master bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen), 3rd bedroom (Queen) & a loft-style nook (Queen) and 2 twin rollaway beds. Extra large kitchen with cozy living room and smart TVs in all bedrooms for relaxation and privacy.

Other than an amazing view of the bay, the owner Sony was awesome!!! Any questions or concerns we had Sony immediately responded and assisted us. We enjoyed our kitchen fellowships and watching tv in the living room. Very layed back and relaxing trip. Thanks Sony for helping to make this trip memorable.

A lovely spot with great views and close to so much

My family and I had a really nice stay at this property. The views were spectacular and the communication with the host was very good. The place was spacious and clean. The only complaint I have is that - for my husband and me - the beds were uncomfortable; but I understand that this is subjective. Overall, this was an excellent visit and the home was a lovely addition to our experience.

Great house

Great house to stay at for the weekend. Neighborhood seems to be in the middle of a facelift. Some construction on the block. But the house itself, beds and everything in the house was great. Comfortably fit 10 of us! Amazing view of the bay at sunset, and communication with owner (Sony) was also wonderful. House is close to a quiet beach, and about 30 min from VA Beach.

Thanksgiving weekend

We had a great family time! Lots of room for 8 adults. The house is lovely and I was happy that the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils and plates, cups, etc.. with which to use for the cooking of Thanksgiving dinner. Beautiful view of the water and we had only a short walk to get to the beach for our morning walks. The elevator was great for bringing in our luggage and all of the food that we brought, coolers, etc. The only complaint I had was that there were zero hangers in any of the closets. Overall, a great place! I would definitely recommend and would be happy to stay there again.

Great Views and Space for Everyone

Our group of 6 adults enjoyed a great stay at this property for a week. Close to the beach and other activities we had planned. We all had enough space for privacy and the large kitchen/dining area was excellent for making meals and playing board games. Sony, the host, was very responsive to a few questions and unforeseen incidents that occurred. My only "complaint" is that a burner on the stove does not work and the bottom rack of the dishwasher is missing a wheel and therefore does not roll correctly. Otherwise, the house was clean (regular wear and tear of a rental), the bedding was washed, and the elevator was a godsend to get luggage and groceries loaded up! We would stay here again!

Communication with our host, Sony, was excellent. The rental was exactly what we needed. It had great common areas where the whole family could relax. Everyone’s bedroom was comfortable (especially the beds). Finally, the sunrise & sunset views over the lake lived up to the hype.
