Captains Quarters by the Bay - Walk to the Beach with your Pet. Smart TV w/ WIFI

If you can appreciate the character and quaint idiosyncrasies of a century-old home, then you should love our new Captains Quarters! Our beautiful older home will have some floors that are not yet perfect and are not perfectly level, and you may notice a bit of a lean here and there!

But it has been updated with Central Heat/AC, new ceiling fans throughout, High Speed WiFi and updated appliances - all designed to allow you a wonderful beach side vacation!

The Captain's Quarters offers 4 bedrooms with 2 Queen beds and 3 Twin beds. We also have a bonus room in the unique attic space with a King size bed that is accessed with a spiral stairway that was rescued from the Grand Cavalier Hotel. With the "attic" area and King size bed, we can actually sleep 9.

From the upper windows we do have a beautiful view of the bay and beach. Although we are not directly on the beach, we are just steps away. There is a home in between us and the beach but there are no streets to cross and the walk to the beach is just a minute or just a few sips of coffee!

Even with the modernization of the property, it is a historical home that is now over 115 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage. But even so, we hope that you will love our older and charming home.

Parking is just outside your door in front of our 2 car garage.

We feature a large (65") smart TV and high speed Wifi for your work or entertainment.
