Little Red Cabin in the woods

Little Red Cabin is located just off Reeder Bay Rd, close to Elkins Resort ( with a boat ramp )and public access areas with sandy beaches and swim areas for lake fun. It's conveniently located so you can go from lake fun to being in the woods in mere moments so bring your boat, 4 wheelers, bicycles, hiking shoes or any other adventure toys you might have. The cabin is nestled amongst the trees on 1.25 acres, ample parking for vehicles and whatever toys you might bring. The cabin was updated a few years ago. It has all the modern amenities of home: washer/ dryer, TV with DVD player, a well equipped kitchen for family dinners and a nice living room with a fire place. Little Red Cabin has 3 bedrooms one with a queen bed, one with a double bed and one with a double/ twin bunk bed. The Little Red Cabin has a single bathroom with a shower / tub combo, toilet, vanity with mirror and a medicine cabinet. From the kitchen, going out the back door you will be on a nice sized deck with a picnic table and a BBQ perfect for entertaining, relaxing or having a delicious meal. From the deck you can step down to a beautiful big back yard where the kids can play to their hearts content. At the edge of the yard is a firepit with wood for evening relaxation, roasting marshmallows and recounting the days adventures.

Little Red Cabin

We had a great stay at the Little Red Cabin. We had a family reunion at Elkins and the Little Red Cabin offered a great balance of giving us space and allowing us to be close to the action.

Fantastic place!

We loved everything about the cabin! It was super clean and very easy check in. It is stocked with everything you would need. Our kids loved the dvds for down time after a long day of playing in the lake. It’s very close to the wonderful resort, Elkins. We can’t wait to stay again!

Priest lake getaway

The cabin was clean and well stocked. The owner was accommodating. It rained a few of the days but the cabin was large enough for us not to get in each others way. We will be back.

Had a great time. Great fit for our family of 4 and dog. Nice backyard to run around. Patio deck for meals. Many DVDs to choose from. Very clean and comfortable. I hope we can return soon. Thank you Jeff!

Small but priced accordingly

The cabin was outdated and small but it is priced with those things in mind. The bathroom is in an awkward place, between 2 rooms. The yard out back was perfect and the owner left 2 bikes for use and that was a bonus. The location is excellent within a short walk to a couple beaches and Elkins.

Soo close to Elkins!

We had an amazing stay and enjoyed the close proximity to the Elkins beach resort and restaurant. We loved the large outdoor space with large lawn, deck, picnic table, Adirondack chairs and plenty of firewood. There was enough hot water for 5 of us, and the jack and jill bathroom worked out fine for our family. The kitchen was very well stocked and the appliances were in good shape, and we split our meal between dining in, or at Elkins which has a wonderful Chef. The queen size bed had an excellent mattress and the other beds were jok. We brought a portable air conditioner because it was warm in the afternoon, but overall the house stayed cool with the ceiling fan. We really like the neighbors nearest the house and they told us where the nearest huckleberries were- near the airfield. We would stay here again and found Jeff to be so accommodating and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful visit. We come back to Priest Lake every summer.

We will be back for sure!

Hubby and I spend a week at Priest Lake every summer. Usually we book waterfront but this year we wanted to spend time with friends who have a cabin in Reeder Bay. So glad we did! This "little red cabin" is more like a small home. Plenty of room and location was just 5 minutes to Elkins Resort... one of our favorite places on the lake. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful stay!

This is an adorable property! Super clean, comfortable beds and having laundry accessible was nice for when we went out on the boat and wanted to dry our towels. Jeff was very quick for inquiries. Would love to stay here again. The house stayed pretty cool for not having AC. We brought fans which helped too. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

The Little Red Cabin

The cabin was just perfect for our needs. It was very close to Elkins Resort where we attended a wedding. The fireplace and well stocked woodpile were a wonderful treat in the evenings. Even though we did not do much cooking the kitchen was very well stocked. We were not familiar with the area and had a great time exploring. We definitely would love to come back.

Our second stay at the Little Red Cabin! So nice to enjoy yard, fire pit and comfortable queen bed!

Love the Cabin. We appreciate that it is affordable, clean and so cozy!, So many have doubled, trippled rents at Priest. Been going up there for years camping and boating but prices have made it difficult to go for the average wage earner. So THANK YOU!
