This non-smoking holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of an Art Nouveau building at Friedrichstrasse 36 in the town center. It is suitable for a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child.

The North Sea is often a bit more lively now, but sometimes it's also very calm and peaceful!

Have time for a long walk on the beach or a hike to the White Dune or to neysPlays at the marina (both with sea views, a fireplace, and a good menu)!

Visit the bathhouse with warm seawater, a sauna, and many relaxing wellness treatments!

Enjoy a delicious waffle on Strandstrasse or browse for a good book next door!

Stroll through the shops at your leisure, without any time pressure!

In the evening, go out for dinner at a good Italian restaurant, such as da Sergio on Strandstrasse, or cook together at home!

End your evening relaxing with music in the milk bar or enjoy a mulled wine at one of the Christmas market stalls in the pedestrian zone!

This is a true escape from the winter blues!

For stays of 4 nights or more during the winter, we provide two large sauna towels free of charge for any future visits to the bathhouse.

To avoid any unnecessary stress on your departure day, you can use the apartment until 11:30 a.m. (late check-out).

The apartment is 45 m²! The kitchen is accessed via the hallway. It is equipped with a two-burner ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and all necessary utensils.

From the kitchen, a small platform leads to the living room, which has a conservatory feel. The entire front of the room is glazed (approx. 6 m)! The cream-colored furniture and high ceiling create a pleasant atmosphere. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV (cable TV), DVD player, small stereo system (with radio and CD player), and Wi-Fi router.

We have set up a small sleeping alcove for children under the stair landing. Alternatively, the sofa can be converted into a bed using two handles.

The bathroom has a shower, toilet, sink, hairdryer, and vanity mirror.

The bedroom with a double bed and wardrobe also has another small flat-screen TV.

Furthermore, a folding wagon, beach chairs, and beach toys are available for our guests!
