Alles soweit gut. Nur leider lief in der Dusche das Wasser sehr schlecht ab. Man musste einige Zeit warten, um nicht im Abwasser seines Vordermanns zu stehen. Tolle Lage, guter Preis

Check-in: Erst auf Nachfrage ein paar Tage vor Anreise wurde mir der Zugangscode für den Schlüssel mitgeteilt, der Rest war in OrdnungAusstattung: Leider ist die Wohnung etwas sparsam ausgestattet in Bezug auf Reinigung. Nur ein Spültab für die Spülmaschine für eine Woche, kaum noch Spülmittel da, keine Handseife im Badezimmer, nur die Mülltüten im Behälter keine zum Wechseln, reduziertes Toilettenpapier, kein Staubsauger/ Besen oder Handbesen. Für eine Woche und mit dem Sand wäre eine zweite Duschmatte auch schön gewesen.Die Lage ist ansonsten aber wirklich top

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ist für zwei Personen optimal. Die Lage ist perfekt, da nicht nur die Restaurants und Geschäfte, sondern auch der Strand fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist. Die Strandkörbe vor dem Eingang bieten die Möglichkeit, in der frischen Luft zu frühstücken oder Kaffee zu trinken.

Die Unterkunft war optimal gelegen und sehr ruhig. Der Strandkorb im Eingang war sehr schön für eine kleine Kaffeepause. Es war ein schöner Kurzurlaub.

Der Gipfel ist der plüschige Schimmel an der Schlafzimmerwand. Mobiliar komplett reif für den Sperrmüll! Im Kleiderschrank keine Einlegeböden. Wir sind wieder ausgezogen.Die Agentur war nicht erreichbar. Telefonnummer existiert nicht. Finger weg von der "Sternschnuppe "!!!

..die Lage der FeWo ist super..alles andere schlecht

Die FeWo ist einfach abgewohnt. Das Mobiliar ist z.T. defekt, Wasserschäden an der Decke, defekter Lüdie Rauchmelder sind abminiert...nie wiederfter im Badezimmer, die Sauberkeit lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig

Nette Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Die Ferienwohnung war völlig in Ordnung, kein großer Luxus, aber auch nichts auszusetzen. Es war jedoch keine Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter möglich. Weder auf mehrere Nachrichten (teilweise Wochen vorher) noch auf mehrere Anrufe wurde reagiert. Wenn dann tatsächlich mal die Schlüsselbox klemmen sollte oder etwas Ähnliches, ist man völlig auf sich allein gestellt...

Zentrale und unkomplizierte Unterkunft auf Norderney

Die Unterkuft liegt sehr zentral im Stadtkern und man ist schnell am Strand, beim Einkaufen oder am Kurplatz. Der Check-In lief problemlos und kontaktlos ab. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es im Schlafzimmer etwas Schimmel, wir sind zum Glück nicht allärgisch, aber bitte drum kümmern. Ich hätte mir eine Hausordnung gewünscht, da uns nicht klar war, wohin der Restmüll entsorgt werden kann. Ebenso hätte ich gerne den Vermieter kontaktiert, um zwei Mängel zu melden. Aber alles in allem eine gute Wohnung, die wir wieder bu hen würden.

Ausstattung und Sauberkeit schwierig

Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist leider sehr alt. Der Tisch fällt bald auseinander. Die Couch ist uralt und dadurch auch nicht sehr sauber. Die Fenster zur Straße hin sind so dreckig, dass man kaum durchschauen kann. Die ganze Wohnung könnte ein Makeover vertragen

Die Wohnung ist schön, hat einen großen Wohn-Essbereich, Bad und Schlafzimmer sind ok. Nur das Bett war sehr weich, so dass man beim umdrehen den Partner im Schlaf gestört hat..

Super Lage, schöne Wohnung

Wohnung war sauber und hat uns mit einem Schlafzimmer für 5 Tage (4 Personen) gereicht. Schlafcouch war bei Ankunft bereits aufgeklappt und bezogen sowie die Betten auch. Das Haus und die Lage fanden wir sehr gut. Vor dem Haus stehen 2 Strandkörbe zum kurzen verweilen. Alle Geschäfte fussläufig zu erreichen. Schlüssel befinden sich an der Tür und können per Code entnommen und auch wieder zurückgelegt werden. Anwesenheit des Vermieters ist nicht erforderlich. Sehr einfach zu handhaben. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Werden es bestimmt weiterempfehlen.

Sternschnuppe schnuppert nach Renovierung

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist hervorragend und wir haben die Ruhe dort sehr genossen. Die Wohnung war sauber hergerichtet; Bad, Böden, Bettwäsche pp. war alles top gereinigt. Allerdings waren die Fenster nebst Rahmen sehr verdreckt. Die Gardinen sahen aus, als wären sie 30 Jahr alt und seit 5 Fahren nicht mehr gewaschen. Die Beleuchtung in beiden Zimmern erfolgte durch eine dreiflügige mit Staub bedeckte Lampe, wobei jeweils nur eine Glühbirne vorhanden war. Das Schlafsofa war mit Flecken verdreckt und im Schlafzimmer gab es nur eine Nachttischlampe. Im Kleiderschrank fehlten links die Einlegeböden. Die Matratzen waren okay allerdings schaukelte der Bettnachbar bei jedem Umdrehen mit. Die Wohnung ist renovierungsbedürftig und für den Mietpreis von 445,00 EUR für 3 Nächte unangemessen teuer. An der allgemeinen Preissteigerung zu partizipieren ohne zu investieren ist aus meiner Sicht eine schlechte Idee. Wir werden nicht mehr wiederkommen.
